Official Pestify Service Plan Policies

Maintenance Plan
Pricing: $119 initial and $109 recurring minimum
Pest Included: General pests, including all spiders, all ants, earwigs, centipedes, wasps/hornets including yellow jackets, beetles. Everything except for mosquitoes, termites, and tree/grass invading insects.
Treatment: Exterior foundation, roofline, window wells, around doors, around windows, sheds/shops, property fence line, and interior if necessary.
Taurus, Demand, Alpine WSG.

Interior Always Included: Yes
Warranties: Free mice and vole warranty included
Terms: This plan includes bi-monthly (every other month) services from April - December. The months of November and December will be interior only services, unless there is little to no snow on the ground then the exterior will also be completed which will only consist of a 1 foot by 1 foot foundation spray and nothing else. We are closed the last week of November for Thanksgiving, and the last week and a half of December for Christmas and New Years. Plus all of January, February, and March.
Cancellation Fees/Pausing: Customers on this plan are allowed to "pause" their membership for one service per year without paying a cancellation fee. If they want to cancel without pausing, or the customer has already used their one pause for the year, their cancellation fee is $100. When the customer uses a "pause" we will simply skip the upcoming service and begin services on the next scheduled service day.

Monthly Seasonal Service
Pricing: $99 initial and $89 recurring minimum
Pest Included: General pests, including all spiders, all ants, earwigs, 
centipedes, wasps/hornets including yellow jackets, beetles. Everything except for mosquitoes, termites, and tree/grass invading insects.
Treatment: Exterior foundation, roofline, window wells, around doors, around windows, sheds/shops, property fence line, and interior if necessary.
Taurus, Demand, Alpine WSG.
Interior Always Included: Yes
Warranties: None
Terms: This plan includes monthly services from April - October. This may be 7 services, 6 services, 5 services, etc, or even 1 service depending on when they sign up during the season. We are closed for this service from November - March. 
Cancellation Fees/Pausing: Since the initial service and the recurring services are cheaper than the other plans on a per service basis, we need to have a cancellation fee with this particular plan to prevent people from getting an initial service for $99 instead of $119 or $129, then cancelling - essentially getting a cheaper service for no reason. Customers on this plan are allowed to "pause" their membership for one service per year without paying a cancellation fee. If they either want to just cancel without pausing, or the customer has already used their one pause for the year, their cancellation fee is $100. When the customer uses a "pause" we will simply skip the upcoming service and begin services on the next scheduled service day.

Bi-monthly Seasonal Service
Pricing: $129 initial and $119 recurring minimum

Treatment: Exterior foundation, roofline, window wells, around doors, around windows, sheds/shops, property fence line, and interior if necessary.

Terms: This plan includes bi-monthly (every other month) services from April - October. This may be 4 services, 3 services, 2 services, or even 1 service depending on when they sign up during the season. We are closed for this service from November - March.

One Time Service
Pricing: $149
Pest Included: General pests, including all spiders, all ants, earwigs, centipedes, wasps/hornets including yellow jackets, beetles. Everything except for mosquitoes, termites, and tree/grass invading insects.
Treatment: Exterior foundation, roofline, window wells, around doors, around windows, sheds/shops, property fence line, and interior if necessary.
Taurus, Demand, Alpine WSG.
Interior Always Included: Yes
Warranties: One 30 day warranty included
Terms: Customer is not technically singing up for a "contract". There are very few benefits included with just the one time service, plus it is more expensive than the others. We are closed for this service from November - March.
Cancellation Fee: $0

Cockroach Service
Pricing: $149 initial and $119 recurring 
Pest Included: All cockroaches
Treatment: Interior only.
(Pre-Treatment Notes)
1. Scrub down and clean all of the following: countertops, upper and lower cabinets, fridge, oven, and clean the dishes in the sink. Make sure it's all really clean so our roach baits aren't competing with human food.
2. Pull out the fridge and oven away from the wall 3-5 feet for easy access.
3. Be aware that you'll need to be out of the house for 2 hours on every service day.

(Day 1) Alpine WSG spray baseboards and ceilings, Vendetta Roach Gel, Gentrol Point Source, Glueboards, Shockwave. (Day 10) Alpine cockroach gel rotation 1, switch out glueboards.
(Day 20) Alpine cockroach gel rotation 2, switch out glueboards for new ones.
(Day 30) Alpine WSG spray baseboards and ceilings again, and switch out glueboards with vendetta gel on them. If services continue start from the "Day 1" products and repeat. 
Interior Always Included: Yes, outside will never be where the cockroaches are located. 
Warranties: No warranties included 
Terms: We will schedule 4 services 10 days apart from each other. So day 1, day 10, day 20, and day 30. The breeding cycle of cockroaches is approximately every 12-16 days so we are trying to stay ahead of that cycle. The first service will kill 60% of the cockroaches, the second service will kill another 20%, the third service will kill another 15%, and the fourth service should finish off the last 5% of cockroaches. The agreement is for 4 services 10 days apart from each other. If all 4 services cannot be completed for any reason we will take no responsibility for the cockroach issue coming back in the future. If the cockroach issue is really bad, and we complete all 4 services, and there are still some cockroaches in the home, we will suggest to continue services into a 5th and even 6th if necessary. If needed, these extra services will continue to cost $119 each.
Cancellation Fee: $0

Mice & Vole Service 
Pricing: $149 initial and optional services after that at $149. No long term contract.
Note - Customers that signed up for or have a mice/voles service on their account before 4/1/24 may be receiving the service included with their standard price. From now on, if an a customer wants the mice/vole service you will add it as an ADD-ON to the current, qualifying pest control plan they are on, which are; the "Maintenance Plan" (April - December), the "Bi-monthly Seasonal" plan, and the "Monthly Seasonal" plan. These customers will be given a discounted rate for the mice/vole service. The discount for these customers will be $99 per year. Customers not on the qualifying recurring pest control plans will pay the full price of $149. 
Pest Included: Mice, rats, and voles (field mice).
Treatment: Place 2 - 4 filled bait boxes along fence lines, exterior foundations and sheds, place boxes near problem areas such a as garbage piles, wood piles, clutter, where a fence line meets a farm field, or AC units. Bait boxes will rarely go inside as we want to use the bait to draw them outside not inside. In special cases bait boxes may be placed inside homes.
Contrac Box, Protecta secured bait stations, copper mesh.
Interior Always Included: Sometimes. Mice treatments may not require interior services other than checking the pantry and food storage. Mice will only be coming inside to find either food or warmth, or both. Mice will go inside. Voles will never go inside. Be sure to inspect pantry and the food storage areas before begging the treatment. Look for mice droppings and spilled open food bags with little chew holes in the bottom of the bag. Only use copper mesh in special situations as this could block mice inside, preventing them from getting to the bait outside.  
Warranties: One free 30 day warranty after the last service was completed.
Terms: Bi-monthly services. One treatment at a time. There are no long term contracts with this, only on a per service basis. This is because a mouse issue may be resolved with one round of baiting.

Purple Dragons
Every year there will be 2 - 5 customers who we do not mesh well with. For whatever reasons, these customers are difficult to get along with and there are multiple recurring issues them. For a customer to be labeled a purple dragon many things need to take place. Making a customer a purple dragon is a big deal, because although we will most likely finish up their current agreement, they will not receive a notice from us to renew their subscription at the 12 month mark. This is our way of quietly parting ways with a disgruntled customer. We work with the public, and we reserve the right to keep our staff happy and keep toxic, negative people out. 99% of people are great, and we will give people the benefit of the doubt a couple of times on small things, but there are 1% of people who we cannot make happy no matter what, and it's better to accept this fact that to try and change people. In order to keep our job fun and enjoyable we choose to do business with quality customers. In this unfortunate situation, the policy to label a customer as a purple dragon must pass 3 phases.
Phase 1) We must have 3 negative interactions with the customer before they will pop up on our radar. These negative interactions must be kept in the internal notes on their profile as proof for later. Technicians, office staff, and managers are able to put an internal note on the customers file of the negative interaction. Management may decide what is worthy of a serious offense.
Phase 2) The 3 negative interactions must be reported to management with the internal notes ready to review.
Phase 3) A manager or the owner will be the person to flag them as a purple dragon. Technicians and office staff are never allowed to flag a customer as a purple dragon under any circumstance. 

If a customer is rude or disrespectful to any of our staff, continues to pay late or not at all, requests too many warranty services, or leaves us a 1 star review are the most common ways a customer will be labeled a purple dragon.
